I have realised that You are the One –

(a) who is Lord of five Great Elements;

(b) who shines forth on this Earth having held the hand of sItA (in marriage);

(c) nicely experiencing half-meditation-sleep in the Milk Ocean;

(d) who redeemed all those blessed ones born in the Solar Dynasty;

(e) to whom AnjanEya has become servitor; and

(f) who bestows as gift true knowledge, dispassion and devotion.

⁴ – kumAruNDu – kumaruNDu : 'kumAruNDu’ is the correct word.

⁷ – dAnamosagu vADu – It is given as ‘vADa’ in all the books. However, as given in other caraNas, the appropriate word would be ‘vADu’. Also, ‘vADa’ is normally addressing (calling) form.

"The Supreme Personality of Godhead said: My dear Prahlada, O most pure, O great saintly person, your father has been purified, along with twenty-one forefathers in your family. Because you were born in this family, the entire dynasty has been purified."

⁵ – antariksha kESa – vyOmakESa – one of the names of Lord Siva. It is also the name of Mother lalitA tripurasundari – Please refer to lalitA sahasra nAmaM (942).

"...since the solar and the lunar rays of light that appear in the world are spoken of as the hair on the Three-eyed one, he is for that reason called Vyomakesa."
